General Information

Arrival and Departure
The summercamp 2010 lasts 12 days (11 nights).
Arrival: Monday, 19th July
Departure: Friday 30th July

Participants
The summercamp is for hard of hearing and deaf people from the age of 18 to 35 years.
The number of participants is limited. We only have place for 40 participants.
The maximum number of participant from each country is 8. (This means that the first eight people who send their application and pay the first rate will be favoured. However, the ninth person of the same country who likes to participate will be set on a waiting list at first. This person will be informed if there are any places left after deadline (31th January 2010).)

Participation fee
The total price for summercamp is 420 € if your country is member of IFHOHYP.
If your country is not member of IFHOHYP you need to pay 470€. Check this list of IFHOHYP whether your country is member or not. This participation fee includes board, lodging and all usual activities.
Not included are travel expenses from your home country to Fiesch, additional beverages and optional activities.

Procedure of Application and Payment
Complete our form of application. Send it back by email. Afterwards you will get a confirmation that we received your application. With this confirmation, you will receive details of payment.
You need to pay within 2 weeks the first rate of the participation fee (150 €) or the full amount, (420 € for member, 470 € for Non-members).
(It is up to you if you like to pay the first rate or the full amount.)
When you paid the first rate or the full amount you will get a definitive confirmation of participation. The second rate has to be paid until the 1st of May 2010.

Communication
The main communication will be in English.
Important information will be written down. A T-Loop System will be provided.

Insurance and Liability
Each participant is responsible for his own insurance (e.g. health and accident insurance). The summercamp 2010 cannot be held liable for any personal or property damages.
